This page explains what we do and do not collect when you use Payroll Hours Calculator. We aim to keep this short and honest.

Calculators run in your browser

Every calculator on this site runs client-side. The hours, times, hourly rates, and pay figures you type stay on your device. We do not transmit, store, or sell your time entries.

No accounts or payments

There is no signup, login, account, or payment on this site. You can use any calculator anonymously.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request path) for uptime, security, and abuse prevention. These logs are not tied to anything you typed into a calculator.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site is monetized with Google AdSense. Google and its certified third-party vendors use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

We support Google Consent Mode v2. When you first visit, all ad and analytics storage is set to "denied" by default. You can accept or reject personalized advertising using the cookie banner; your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key phc-consent-v1. Clearing site data resets the choice.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info/choices. Our publisher identity is also published at /ads.txt.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic. Analytics storage is gated by the same consent choice described above and is disabled until you accept.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

Because we do not knowingly collect personal data through the calculators, there is generally no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you contact us by email, we keep that email only for as long as needed to reply.
